Project of National Interest – By the (API) Portuguese Agency for Investments, chose the development “Aldeia dos Capuchos” to be part of the restricted group of Projects of Potential National Interest (PIN). This distinction attributed by the API, a state organization created in 2005, to the great investment projects, which generate wealth in the Portuguese economy and are interesting for the national panorama.

Best Touristic Real Estate Development 2007 awarded by the Newspaper “Construir”

The Prize, awarded for the first time by the prestigious and specialized media Group Wokmedia, with the objective of recognizing the merit of the Resort that was most distinguished in the tourism sector in Portugal, in 2007.

The election of Aldeia dos Capuchos as the best Touristic Resort of 2007 was given due to the global quality of the project, which is the biggest touristic-urban private Resort in the district of Almada, an investment that exceeds 250 million euros.

The project was elected by all the final winners, all of them high quality standarts Resort of architecture and landscape, namely: the Westin Campo Real from Group Orizon; the Hilton Vilamoura from Group IMOCOM and Pestana Porto Santo from Group Pestana.
