CAMIL was founded in April 2001 by Fernando Martins, who still represents the company today.
What We Do
We help individuals and businesses buy, sell, and invest in Portuguese real estate — villas in the Algarve, condominiums in Albufeira, Lagos, and Vilamoura, and land investments across the country.
We work directly with Portuguese developers and represent their projects to Canadian buyers. Our clients have earned between $1,000 and $1,400 CAD per month in rental income, consistently, for over 17 years.
We also help clients sell or trade their existing properties in Portugal, handling the process with the same care we'd want for ourselves.
Holiday Rentals in the Algarve
Through our partner Prodigy Holidays Dedication, we offer two-bedroom apartments starting at €59/night — 300 metres from Armação de Pêra beach.
The apartments include a swimming pool, parking, and enough space for the whole family. A lot of our clients use them for family reunions.
