Located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean are an archipelago of 9 islands which are divided into three groups called the Azores.
Graciosa, belongs to the central group. The house is located in Victoria in the community of Guadalupe. Graciosa is a small island with a population of approximately 4,000 people.
The island is full of tourism in the summer months. This house in located in a quiet area and is a close distance to the sea for pure relaxation and a nice getaway from a stressful life.
As the island of Graciosa is so small, the house is a close proximity to the airport, churches, the volcano area called “Caldera”, the beach called Praia, the natural pools of the “Carapacho” and “Termas Do Carapacho” Spa.
The house has many up-grated features such as new windows, doors, new roof and wood beams throughout the house. This house is one level and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and a full-size kitchen, including a wood stove and oven. Included in the house is all the furniture you see in the pictures. The backyard consists of some land to cultivate what you choose, as well as, an outside room for laundry and storage.
